ACC Ltd are FGAS compliant, all of our engineers are fully approved REFCOM FGAS technicians, constantly updating ourselves with the ever growing and complicated air conditioning systems on the market.

What is FGAS

The EU has introduced a new regulation on the use of fluorinated greenhouse gases (F gases) like hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and sulphur hexafluoride (SF₆).

The regulation replaces the 2006 regulation. It impacts anyone who:

• Uses or services equipment that contains F gases, like refrigeration and air conditioning systems, solvents or aerosols
• Produces or wholesales F gas

FGAS Record Keeping

As an FGAS approved company it is a legal requirement for ACC Ltd to keep records of FGAS refrigerants that have been produced from your air conditioning or refrigeration systems, we provide the end user with waste transfer paperwork for their records on completion of works.
